Changes to our service when you break down
To maintain social distancing, if we can’t fix your vehicle at the roadside, we may not allow you to sit inside the recovery vehicle.
Instead, you may be asked to remain in your own vehicle while it’s being towed or transported. Don’t worry, our technicians will make sure you’re safe as you travel.
To make sure you get wherever you need to go, we’ll take you to a safe location where you can access public transport or have someone you know pick you up.
